Introduction to Lacto-fermentation, Wright-Locke Farm
July 22 & August 12, 6-8pm
This hands-on workshop will discuss the basics of lacto-fermentation, including its historical and current use as a preservation method, the health benefits of lacto-fermented foods, and how to start and manage small-batch ferments. All participants will help make and take home a jar of hot pepper sauce to ferment and enjoy.
